My 21st Birthday Present!

I have been meaning to blog this for a while, but I have only just got round to taking a picture of it!

Well, as some of you guys may know, I was in LA not to long ago for a month of dance training. I had an short list of things I wanted to get while I was in LA. Johnny Cupcakes Tees, Swiss Miss Hot Chocolate and a nice Varsity Jacket! Well I was able to get hold of all of them. I could not leave LA with JC tees and at least one Varisty Jacket. I was able to get a nice black and purple one from a vintage store in Melrose.

Now I had got my Varsity Jacket I wasn't too fussed about getting another one. To my surprise for my 21st Birthday my good friends got me a customized Varsity Jacket. It was customized Youneek style! Here's some pics!


The jacket is too dope! When I opened the wrapper I was like huh?? Such a shock. An awesome birthday present, along with the other surprises I got for my birthday lol!

The new dance!! While I was in LA, I heard about these guys, and saw them perform on BET! The new dance that is hitting LA right about now.. JERKING!!

I been trying to learn the basics, I'm getting there lol.

San Diego Road Trip for Body Rock 2009!

What up yo!

Had to fill you guys in with the spontaneous trip that I decided to take to San Diego from LA!
Seriously it was last minute.com! My friends and I decided that we wanted to go and see a dance competition in San Diego on the day that it was actually on, but it was in San Diego which is like 2- 5 hours drive depending on traffic.

So... we decided to quickly rent a car from Enterprise and off we went to San Diego with our trusty Sat Nav. I have to show off and say that the car we rented was a 7 seater Chrysler!! GEEEZZZZZEEEE! Please believe I was scared though, driving on the other side of the road in a different country is a bit daunting. My friend drove to San Diego, and I drove back to LA in the dark EEEEEEEKKK!! But you know what, it wasn't that bad at all, it's quite simple to be honest..

It was a great experience, one that I will never forget. And I can officially say that I have driven in America. WHOOOP! Sorry for the sound effects lol, its 3 am out here in LA and I'm on a tired hype lol.

Goodtimes continuing in LA!

Lunch at the one and only IHOP (International House Of Pancakes)!! A must whilst in most parts of America! 24 hours of delicious, mouth watering pancakes and breakfast!


Some things are just so different here in LA.... I know I see them on the movies but I never understood why they looked like this.... The eggs... Why are they white lol??? I never understood that, but I am sure I will soon find out whilst I am here.
